DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED DURING ADMISSION

Parents are required to submit the following documents at the time of admission. Admission will not be granted until the submission of below listed documents.

1. 1) Original Transfer/School Leaving Certificate from the previous school.
2. 2) Original Mark Sheet from the previous school.
3. 3) Duly signed original undertaking (detach from the prospectus)
4. 4) Attested copy of Date of Birth Certificate. (Colour)
5. 5) ST/OBC/SC certificate. (Colour)
6. 6) Adhar Card. (Colour)
7. NOTE : The first three documents are not applicable for admission to class PPA & B.
